About Samantha Impumelelo Maseko
Born in Boschfontein, Mpumalanga and now based in Johannesburg, Samantha Impumelelo Maseko is a contemporary South African artist and graduate of Artist Proof Studio's renowned printmaking programme. Working across painting, printmaking, collage, and mixed media, her practice explores themes of black femininity, identity, beauty, and self-discovery. Her work has been exhibited across some of South Africa's leading contemporary art platforms and continues to establish her as one of the country's most compelling emerging artistic voices.
